This is a spin-in and much more. The mission is to have fun while using fiber in nontraditional ways.
So anything goes, from traditional to unheard-of. There will be vendors with fiber and tools.
This function is organized by local members of Northwest Regional Spinners' Association, NWRSA
But we are also members of Desert Fiber Arts,
so it's only natural that this spin-in takes on the more eclectic flavor of DFA.
The setting is beautiful in a large conference room with floor-to-ceiling windows on the wall facing the park.
We'll be able to move outdoors onto the large patio as the weather allows.
What a great venue to introduce a friend to the fiber arts.
There will be mini-classes and demonstrations.
It's a day to play with fiber arts! Bring your handwork and join the fun!
